About At Family Veterinary Services, we treat your pets like the family members that they are! Story We specialize in caring for your pets - including dogs, cats, pocket pets (hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, mice), birds (nail and beak trims), and ferrets. Although we schedule by appointment, urgent medical conditions will be seen immediately. After hours emergencies are referred to a 24 hour facility so that your pet is under direct veterinary supervision 24 hours around the clock, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Sharon Zaccone DVM is the founder of Family Veterinary Services and is a fully licensed and federally accredited veterinarian. Dr. Zaccone has special interest in internal medicine and challenging medical cases. Kurt Arnold DVM, MS is a fully licensed and federally accredited veterinarian, and has over 20 years of experience. Dr. Arnold has a special interest in surgery. Amy has been our hospital manager for over 15 years and will be eager to answer your business related questions, or to make the "hard to do" jobs easier for you. Bridget, Jenn, Kristina, Kim, Steph and Taylor are the veterinary receptionists and technicians that will assist you and your pet during your visit.
