About Fleckenstein's Bakery first opened it's doors on November 11, 1977. The company was started by Bob & Joan Fleckenstein with only one goal in mind. That goal was to create the highest quality bakery products in Chicago's south suburbs. Story Fleckenstein's is a Full-line retail bakery.
