Story Dino's Restaurant is located in historic downtown Elizabethton. It was founded by Dino Senesi and served the first order of lasagna in East Tennessee on June 20, 1963. When Dino retired he sold it to Kent Williams. Mr. Williams owned a successful restaurant in Miami, Florida, but decided to move back to his native Carter County when his restaurant was destroyed by Hurricane Andrew. In 2010 he sold the restaurant to his sons David and John who continue to serve the same great food in a family friendly atmosphere that Dino created over 45 years ago.
