About Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. All patients are seen by appointment only. Story The Kaseman Clinic is a program of Community Ministries of Rockville. Our Executive Director is Agnes Saenz; our Medical Director is Dr. Neil Spiegel. Mission The Kaseman Clinic serves uninsured and under-insured residents of Rockville and Montgomery County with comprehensive primary care, health education services and outreach/prevention/social services.
