About Heritage Restaurant is part of the Secchia Institute of Culinary Education. Students prepare meals and serve guests with guidance from Chef Instructors. Story The Heritage is a lab classroom for the culinary students enrolled at the Secchia Institute of Culinary Education. Hours for lunch and dinner are as follows: Lunch - 11:15 a.m.-12:45 p.m. (Tuesday-Friday) Dinner - 5:30-7:00 p.m. (Tuesday-Friday) *Dinner reservations must be made between 5:30-7:00pm. The restaurant is open for service between 5:30-9:00pm. The Heritage is open during the academic school year. The 2016-2017 dates are as follows: Fall 2017 Open September 6-October 11 Open October 24-November 17 Open November 28-December 1 Winter 2018 Open January 16-February 16 Open March 13-April 13
