Story Crossfit Sierra Nevada is about helping all individuals achieve their goals both mentally and physically. We are a very family orientated business that enjoys working with all age clients from Babies to Seniors and everyone that falls in between. Our trainers pride themselves with being able to scale every exercise to each individuals capability. The gym offers personal training and small group training so that each individual gets the personal attention and care they need.
