About The Dale’s Jewelers philosophy has always been hard work and customer service. Doug agrees with his father, “This is a fun business and the customer is always number one”. Story In 1963, after five years of working for Kugler’s Jewelers, Dale Jones bought their Blackfoot store and changed the name to Dale’s Jewelry. A watchmaker by trade, Dale grew the business by expanding both inventory and services. Thirty years later, Dale and his son Doug opened the Idaho Falls store. The Idaho Falls store is now owned and operated by Doug who has been in the jewelry business for over 20 years. The Dale’s Jewelers philosophy has always been hard work and customer service.
