IN THE OLD MINUTELLO'S ITALIAN RESTAURANT Story From modern to retro, we carry an eclectic variety of furniture for all tastes. Pricing is "very affordable" but the furniture is upscale (not thrift store). Vintage jewelry too! What would you rather have: high cost press board furniture or genuine and stylish wood dovetail furniture at affordable prices? Second Chance Home Furnishings makes it possible for everyone to beautify their home surroundings with functional and quality furniture at very affordable prices. How we do it: we scour the whole western PA furniture marketplace looking for great deals. Sometimes the furniture is in great shape and we don't need to do a thing but clean it up and put it on the floor. Other times, the furniture needs a little work. So we sand it, scrape it, shine it and shape it so it becomes more than presentable. It becomes a work of art. In fact, we also make some of our furniture and take consignment from other creative furniture makers. Plus, we accept paintings, drawings, photos, sculptures and all kinds of arts on consignment from student and beginning artists. Why do we go through all this trouble? Of course, we're trying to make a living but we think everybody should have a chance at beautiful living, even if it's their Second Chance.
