About Hi Grand Central is about you the client and it is my pleasure always to serve you. Story Hello my name is Debbie I have had my little salon 6 years now (2017) I am located in historic downtown Kingman, Az. I give haircuts, color, highlights, low lights, weaves, perms, and some waxing. I am open four days a week Tues thu Friday I come in a 9:30 it depends when I close for the day.
