"One Bite Says It All" Story In November 1976, the Char-Hut Family converted the Royal Castle on Miami Gardens Drive and NW 7th Ave. into the first Char-Hut store located in North Dade. Char-Hut currently operates four stores in Broward County – Pembroke Pines, Davie and Tamarac. Char-Hut Catering, which began in 1995, offers the great taste of Char-Hut for events and gatherings of all sizes. In addition to our signature burgers, Char-Hut features a menu of choices including chicken, sides, sweets, combo meals, salads and more. Today, our family-owned business has a reputation for serving the community – not only the leanest, most delicious burgers in town, but also giving back to charitable causes and being a family favorite.
