About Congregation Bet Haverim is wonderfully different. CBH is different because we were founded by gays and lesbians and now enthusiastically embrace all Jews, especially those who don't quite fit the mold and have grown tired of feeling different. Mission Congregation Bet Haverim is a reconstructionist synagogue founded by lesbians and gay men, embracing all Jews and loved ones.
