Born out of necessity Fresh kitchen is inspired by the need for a truly nutritious option that is delicious. Founder Mike Nitto had a difficult time meeting both of these criteria while traveling throughout the world. Partnering with Mary Kate and Chef Chris Burgess and after over a year of preparation Fresh Kitchen opened its doors summer of 2016.
