Story The Center for Manual Medicine is a unique facility dedicated to the non-surgical treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. We combine traditional medicine with chiropractic and physical therapy to help patients with a variety of conditions including neck and back pain, headaches, extremity pain, and much more. Our facility was the first certified practice in Kansas for muscle and joint diagnostic and injection guided ultrasound. Dr Frye was among the first certified muscle and joint sonographers in the U.S. Dr. Penn has repeatedly been voted best chiropractor in Topeka. Our physical therapists lead by Matt Elniff have advanced training in muscle and joint treatment. We offer regenerative injection therapy including platelet rich plasma or PRP and prolotherapy.
