About Charlotte Community Health Clinic is a medical clinic for Mecklenburg County residents who are low income and uninsured. Story Charlotte Community Health Clinic has been treating Mecklenburg County's uninsured and low income since 2000. Our values are as follows: 1) Provide quality medical care with the same dignity and confidentiality afforded to insured or self-paying patients. 2) Strive to be flexible in structure in order to meet the needs of both the working poor and volunteers who donate their time. 3) Strive to provide a cost-efficient, financially responsible service, which relies on community support and utilizes professional volunteers. 4) Recognize the uniqueness of each individual and will treat each patient with kindness, patience, empathy and respect. 5) Meet the needs of the whole person in a culturally appropriate manner. Charlotte Community Health Clinic's Vision is to improve the health of uninsured residents of Mecklenburg County by providing quality care in a free health clinic setting.
