About Andrew Walker, PT is owner of PhysioWorks, Sports and Wellness, Inc. We provide skilled Physical Therapy for athletes of all levels using motion capture. Story PhysioWorks, Sports and Wellness, Inc provides skilled Physical Therapy care, including running assessment, and sports specific rehab. It is the only clinic in North Alabama using professional grade motion capture equipment to help athletes achieve greater results. Andrew Walker is a Physical Therapist and the owner of the company, he gained his PT degree in the United Kingdom where he practiced for 4 1/2 years before moving to the states where he has practiced for 7 years. He has treated a wide variety of patients including high-school, collegiate and professional athletes. He has treated professional soccer, basketball and football players. He also has extensive experience treating patients with chronic pain issues and, coming from London, patients from a wide variety of cultures. One of his great goals is that PhysioWorks will provide Physical Therapy to people before they are injured to help them avoid injury. Andrew has this goal as for many years he saw patients have catastrophic injuries that could have been prevented.
