About We are a yoga studio with classes ranging from Healthy Aging / Chair Yoga to powerful Vinyasa Flow and Aerial Yoga classes - with lots of options in between. Our community of students vary in size, shape, age and experience levels - we love them all! Story We offer teachings on the wonderful benefits of yoga to people of all shapes, sizes, age and activity levels, in both private and group settings. We offer mat and aerial/swing yoga. Yoga is a path to inner peace, self-confidence and acceptance of the body that we live in today. Yoga helps tone the muscles and the mind.
