About Your Neighborhood Bookstore. General interest, with focus on children's. Plus bibliophile products and toys for under 6. Public Hours: T-F: 10am to 6pm Sat: 10am to 5pm Sun: 10am to 2pm Story Let’s Play Books fosters a love of story! Allowing children’s natural creative energy to flourish by engaging them in theatrical storytelling, and imaginative play while broadening their global perspective. We specialize in offering simple solutions to help children and adults incorporate reading into their lives. Organization Goals: 1) Instill a life-long love of storybooks and reading. 2) Develop meaningful connection through story that enhance one's life and relationships. 3) Cultivate the child-community bond. 4) Reach out through community service and partnerships, bringing storytelling, books and play to underserved and underprivileged children and families. 5) Provide education to parents and caregivers. 6) Support local businesses, carry gift products made in the USA or fair trade items. Mission Through play, engage Children's interest in story books, while fostering creativity, embracing diversity, and promoting stewardship for our shared world. We offer a variety of programs and events.
