About Foothills Art Association is a non-profit group of local artists who benefit through advancement of artistic creativity in partnership with the community. Story Foothills Art Association is a group of about 150 members who show their work in the Porter Hall building in La Mesa. The show changes monthly and the highlights of the year are The Members' Annual Show in April, the Small Image Show in October and the Wildlife in Art Show in November.
