About Premium Auto Care & Pell City Tire Story Family owned and operated, Premium Auto Care was established February 2, 1998. One year after it's opening the machine shop was added on. Pell City Tire was established in 1952. Premium Auto Care purchased Pell City Auto, from Les Bynum, in 2005 as an on going business. About Us Premium Auto Care is NAPA and ASE certified.
