According to recent State Surveys – overall satisfaction at Briarwood Healthcare exceeded ALL other facility averages in our area. Our multidisciplinary team is comprised of medical professionals who are easily approachable & always accessible, providing residents’ families with an exceptional comfort level as they are involved in all aspects of care. Our Short-Term Rehabiliation and Long-Term Care Neighborhoods are under the expert supervision of Medical Directors Dr. John V. Temte & Dr. Michael J. Fuller, with a Nurse Practitioner onhand to augment their practice. Our secure Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care neighborhood is overseen by its own dedicated Medical Director – Dr. Sumer Verma. To assure an uninterrupted continuum of care, we have a special Weekend Manager covering Saturdays and Sundays. We believe that consistent staffing is key to assuring all around better continuity of care.
