About Bob and Ellen Vogel opened the Hot Dog Shoppe on May 12, 2008. Since that time they have hand cut about 77 tons of potatoes for the best fries in the panhande. Ellen makes the cole slaw from her grandmothers recipe. Chili and Cheese Sauce made daily.
