About Serving exceptional coffee and exceptional service in a welcoming environment Story Our Story: "How do you catch a Unique Rabbit? -you Neek up on it. How do you catch a Tame Rabbit? -Tame way, you Neek up on it." We have been to a lot of places, moved to a lot of places and have done many things. As we look into retirement we know we need a sense of purpose and a place to go daily, as do so many people. Our dream of owning and running a specialty coffee house starts here. We love to discover the food and drink of the many cities we visit and what makes that area unique (you Neek), in the "tame way" we think Chagrin Falls, Ohio is unique and want to incorporate specialty coffee with the Chagrin Falls feel, while exploring the world of coffee and bringing that sense of travel to the local people.
