Story I provide a top scale Healthy Living aspect to daily life. I have been a Massage Therapist for over 3 years now. I worked in a Medical office for the first 3 years of my career. I thought it would be better if I tried to open my own Business in the town I came from so that way more people could try what I love Massage Therapy. I also provide Health Coaching as a Certified Health Coach I help people with their Lifestyle changes. A lifestyle change is done through a 6 month program with sessions every 2 weeks for that 6 months. Which helps you to learn and change what you are doing to make your life Healthier. I offer Individual and group rates I am committed to my work so I don't provide any service that I am not certified in I uphold all Ethical Rights in my Professions. I am also a graduate of Concord College (Concord University) with a degree in Health and Physical Education
