About We are open ALL YEAR! Our hours are Tuesday through Saturday, noon to 8PM. CLOSED Sunday and Monday. You MUST be 18+. We DO NOT tattoo anyone under the age of 18. NO EXCEPTIONS. Story Custom tattoo designs are our specialty although walk-ins are welcome. Licensed and regulated by the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services we use hospital sterilization with single-use, disposable needles. Your safety is important to us. Our studio contains many original paintings created by the artists. We continue to create artwork that we offer for sale either in the studio or through this website.
