About We are a General Dentistry family practice accepting all forms of insurance. Our mission is to provide quality and comprehensive care. Story Our licensed dentist is Dr. Carla Kucirek. Our services include dental cleanings, gum disease treatment, fillings, crowns and bridges, dentures, extractions, root canals, veneers and other aesthetic dentistry, TMJ treatment, night guards, athletic mouth guards, and children's dentistry.
