About A TRADITION OF CARING SINCE 1912 - Neighborhood Health Agencies, Inc. provides home care programs, hospice and bereavement services, private duty aides, and education/outreach to seniors, the homebound, and the medically underserved. Story Neighborhood Health home care and hospice provides skilled home care and hospice services to individuals throughout Chester and the surrounding counties. Our services are reimbursed by insurance, though sometimes people are required to pay a co payment. Mission To provide cost effective quality home health care, including health maintenance, health education, and anticipatory guidance to individuals, families and groups within the community through our programs and services regardless of race, color, creed, physical disability, or ability to pay based upon our available resources.
