About Charlie's Jewelry Story The History of Charlie's Jewelry Charlie's was founded by Charlie Peddicord, in 1989-2010. Charlie passed away March 5, 2002 and the business was operated by his son and daughter-in-law, Lee and Katie until 2010. CHARLIE'S IS OPENING ONCE AGAIN! Charlie's is now under the ownership of two former longtime employees; Susan Hutson (25 years) and Liz Fulcher (20 years). Joining us will be our friend and co-worker, Joyce Sibilla, who has been with us for 15 years. We are thrilled to be back and are excited about continuing Charlie's legacy. We are in a new location, but that same belief and philosophy that made Charlie's so special is still here: Trust...Quality...Integrity
