There is plenty of parking in the parking lot at the rear of the building! Laurie Freeman Jesseman is a licensed cometologist who has been practicing since 1982. During that time, she became interested in living mindfully and pursued training in Mindful Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through Mindful Paths in Pownal, Vt. Laurie continued trainings in mindfulness and energy-based modalities. Laurie is a certified reflexologist and has also trained in massage and Zero Balancing therapies. In addition, Laurie is a certified Angelic Essence Healer. Laurie works with all age groups to bring inner peace, self-awareness and growth. Each of us has a unique, interactive energy system that is influenced by our experiences. Energy-based therapies release and clear imbalances that occur and help alleviate stress and physical symptoms. An optimally-balanced energy system can deepen one's knowledge and appreciation of self. Each session last about an hour, with client resting and fully clothed. Energy Balancing for Body, Mind & Spirit is offered by Lucy Robinson, BA, RM. Lucy has been passionate about energy medicine since being introduced to in in 2005. She completed the Energy Medicine Practictioner and Reiki Master Programs at the Vermont Center for Energy Medicine. Lucy continues as an assistant teacher at the center.
