About Empower Training Studio is the first and only dedicated fitness boot camp in the area. We welcome all fitness levels and encourage camaraderie! Story Empower Training Studio and Boot Camp is North Idaho's first and only dedicated full time fitness boot camp serving the Rathdrum, Post Falls, Hayden, and Coeur D’ Alene areas. We are a four week revolving program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling, and motivational training. Participants will be inspired to have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by a certified personal trainer. Each day participants will meet for camp where they will be challenged and challenge their own abilities.. Such a program promotes teamwork, accountability and goal orientation.
