About Dr. Hicks earned his undergraduate degree from TCU in 1980 and his dental degree in 1984 from the University of Texas San Antonio. Story After graduating dental school in 1984 he completed additional training in a hospital based residency in Oklahoma City. He has taken many hours of continuing education courses including those in advanced cosmetic procedures and restorative dentistry. Dr. Hicks is also a graduate of the prestigious L.D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education.
