About Guilford CrossFit. We welcome you to a community committed to strength and well-being. Whether you're a trained athlete or a grandma, all are welcome. Founded in 2011, we take pride in our knowledgeble coaches, abundance of classes, inviting environment and welcoming community. At Guilford CF we inspire courage, build confidence and foster a community connection. Whether you're new to CrossFit or are a competitive athlete, Whip It is for you. At Guilford CrossFit, we offer classes in a clean, state of the art facility for our customers – adults, teens and children (Guilford CF Kids). We have 8 skilled personal trainers & smaller classes that provide a more personalized experience. Whip It has a welcoming, inviting atmosphere and you will feel right at home while training with us. For those who aren’t familiar, CrossFit is a workout methodology based on constantly-varied high intensity movements that help everyday life. Your body never adapts to any one movement so each day’s workout reaches maximum potential and you never get bored. We offer 4 week beginner program for $199, and then monthly dues vary based upon the membership you choose. You can cancel or pause at any time.
