Community Services is a multi-service social agency that supports the well-being of those in need and is committed to strengthening the lives of families and individuals living in Northeastern Berks County. Mission It has been and continues to be the mission of Friend, Inc., Community Services to assess the human service needs of residents in the service area and find ways to help meet those needs.
