About A unique alternative to Hyde Park Tampa restaurants, The Blue Bistro offers a wide selection of modern American cuisine in a casual, contemporary setting. Story Welcome to The Blue Bistro! Located inside the Tampa Marriott Westshore on the corner of Westshore and Cypress. The Blue Bistro offers classical American favorites like our Burger Bar, great Salads like the classic Chicken Ceasar or our fabolous Ahi Tuna Salad. Our menu also features some international favorites like our sweet and spicy Boom Boom Shrimp and a wonderfully cheesy Chipotle Chicken Quesadilla. Chef and his team are daily on the hunt for some great market fresh fish and will create specials nightly. We have a full Liquor bar as well as a selection of fine wines and bottled beers.
