Story Policies Payments: Aabani Salon accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks with ID, and cash. Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are non-refundable and are valid for one year following purchase. They may be redeemed for service or products unless otherwise specified. Gratuities: Aabani Salon appreciates all gratuities in the form of cash or check. Children: Aabani Salon welcomes all well-behaved children. Please remind your children to avoid running, spinning, climbing on chairs, or opening any closed drawers in the space. Most drawers contain sharp objects and chemicals that could be potentially dangerous to unsuspecting children. Pets: Animals and birds are not allowed on the premises, except for trained animals accompanying sightless or hearing impaired persons. Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to unwind and enjoy a beverage. Late Arrivals: To ensure our promptness with all guests we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time. Cancellations: Cancellations made at least one business day in advance allow our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests. Guests who do not give 24 hour notice or do not show up for the scheduled date and time will be asked to pay in advance before any future appointments will be accepted. Returns: Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed; however, we will work tirelessly to ensure that you are satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us immediately so that we can remedy the situation. We are happy to offer tweaks and adjustments if we are called within one week of the date of service. Aabani Salon stands behind all of our Aveda products. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 14 days from date of purchase with your receipt. All sales of hair brushes, combs or hair accessories are final. No returns and no exchanges. Tools (blow dryers, flat irons, etc) may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the receipt, providing they are in their original packaging, for exchange only.
