About Fusion of Movement FITNESS, KENPO KARATE, DANCE Movement for the entire family in a fun and supportive environment. JOIN THE MOVEMENT! Story A dance/fitness/karate studio that offers a variety of classes for a variety of people both young and young at heart. Our classes vary from ballet to ballroom, Zumba to yoga, as well as instruction in A.K.K.A. karate. We are a family friendly facility, so you could be taking a Body Sculpt class while one child is next door taking karate and the other is playing in our Play Zone. The possibilities are limitless, but our mission is simple; to provide high quality, fun-loving instruction with an emphasis on a whole body, whole mind, whole family approach that will enhance your life and overall feeling of confidence, strength and well-being.
