We place a huge emphasis on personal training and personal attention before you step into your first class. We also have a "lighter" version of CrossFit in our Bootcamp Classes! Come try one for FREE! We LOVE kids, and that's why we have a supervised kids room for select hours for busy parents. We also have CrossFit Kids classes with certified kids trainers 2x a week.
