About We strive to be a national leader in health care delivery, health professions education, and biomedical research. Story New Jersey Council of Teaching Hospitals (NJCTH) is the State's premier teaching hospital network. This non-profit consortium consists of Cooper University Hospital, Hackensack University Medical Center, Meridian Health, Saint Barnabas Health Care System, St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center, Somerset Medical Center, and University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ).
