About NELL WYATT REAL ESTATE Story Nell Wyatt Real Estate was formerly Coldwell Banker Nell Wyatt, Inc. Realtor from 1995 until December 2011. After many successful and satisfying years as a franchisee and after a lengthly period of deliberation, I decided to become an independent--thus, NELL WYATT REAL ESTATE. The name Nell Wyatt was well recognized in our market place, and the transition has been gratifying and well accepted, especially by my agents. Our highly-trained, skilled agents, whom I consider my partners in business, are responsible for the company’s success. Having come from a teaching background, I still stress learning and continuing education. I am proud of our agents and staff, and former agents I’ve mentored and helped to become successful agents and brokers in the market place.
