About Project R.O.C.K. South Inc., is a "Drop Out Prevention" program for students grades k-12 suspended from St. Lucie Public school. Story Project R.O.C.K. South provides a safe, nurturing environment for suspended students. Students are given credit for attending the program and are not marked absent in school. Students are able to complete their school homework assignments in a timely manner with professional staff members to assist. In addition students participate in group and individual sessions in the areas of: Anger Management, Self-Esteem, Drug/Alcohol Abuse, Teen Health, and Bullying. Admission Requirement: Notice of suspension and or referral letter from a St. Lucie County Public School. Social Security card Student MUST be registered by parent/legal guardian. Mission Our Mission is to provide the students of the St. Lucie County School District an educational and behavior modification program for at-risk students in jeopardy of not graduating and suspended students that face an interruption of their educational journey. Through documented instruction in a safe and structured environment and with network agencies that provide additional support, we instill self-worth and build positive behaviors for our students.
