About We are a Roman Catholic Church Serving Steamboat Springs, CO. We also have a mission church, St. Martin of Tours in Oak Creek, CO. Story Pastoral Staff: Rev. Ernest Bayer, Pastor 879-0671 Mission Holy Name Catholic Church, centered in Jesus Christ and guided by the Holy Spirit, is a diverse mountain community located on the Western Slope of the Archdiocese of Denver. It is the mission of our parish family to live the compassionate presence of Jesus by reaching out to everyone with open arms and hearts. We are committed to realizing our mission by: Welcoming all active and inactive members, our visitors and anyone searching for the peace of Christ to join in the celebration of our faith.
