About TLC Pharmacy is a non-profit pharmacy operated by a dedicated team of volunteers who are dispensing help & hope for low-income, uninsured patients. Story In El Paso & Teller County, Colorado, TLC serves as a Community Pharmacy dispensing free prescription medication to our neighbors who are uninsured. Residents of the county can qualify for our services if they are at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. At our location in Colorado Springs, we do not have doctors on staff so you must have a prescription written by a doctor to apply. If you believe that you may be eligible for help with your prescription medication, please call us at 719-596-4449. We can screen you on the phone to let you know how we may be able to assist you.
