About Did you know "bearscat" is a cowboy term for a donut? A camp cook that could make them was a favorite along the trail. Story We are a local Bakery. We make our donuts from scratch each day. We also have popcorn in our shop now. we have flavors like sour cherry, watermelon, root beer, and we also have flavors like ranch, cheddar bacon, and sour cream. We have also recently added iced coffees to our shop! We have carmel, mocha, and French vanilla. We are now also starting to do ice cream.
