About A Fresh Twist on Traditional Falafel Story A new twist on traditional falafel. Foxy Falafel is a hand crafted falafel made with organic chickpeas that are fried fresh to order. Foxy, Curry, Beet, or Stoplight (all 3 flavors). Turkey gyros, chicken shawarma, and kofta and much more! Local Cheese Curds tossed in dill served with local honey (gluten free) Cauliflower Steaks w/ Saffron Aioli (gluten free) Local, organic, and sustainable food philosophy. Choose either salad, sandwich, or platter (gluten free with corn chips) which come with organic hummus and seasoned cabbage, topped with fresh cucumbers and tomatoes. Sauces include green tahini, cucumber mint yogurt, and spicy harissa. The pickles are always fresh, local and handcrafted! Entire menu can be gluten free minus the pita bread. We have something for everyone!
