About We are a Brethren in Christ denomination church located in Belleville, PA Story The Upper Room Worship Center is located in a beautiful valley in Belleville PA. The URWC is a Brethren in Christ denominational church where everyone is welcome. Worship services begin at 10:30! The Upper Room's pastor is Jenny Hagemeyer from Belleville, PA. Jenny is also the founder of Promise Land Ministries since 2003. She is an inspirational speaker and author of "Touch Me" and "Touch Me Guide to Healing" that is a Bible Study. If you are interested in teaching this study, please contact Jenny for a Leader's guide. Her third book is "Lessons from Danny" which is a story of how Danny, Fred and Jenny's little mixed Shih-Tzu came to the brink of death.
