About The Neodesha Fire/EMS Department is responsible for providing fire, medical, rescue, and life safety emergency services within the city of Neodesha. Story Neodesha Fire Department is a combination fire, rescue, and emergency medical system consisting of approximately seventeen personnel in the career and volunteer ranks. Each member is sworn to uphold the provisions of state and local governments in order to protect the lives and property of all residents in Neodesha and our surrounding coverage area. We also are the first line protection for the Neodesha Township This department is a central element in our local government’s effort to promote life safety by coordinating the efforts of its special teams dealing with fire suppression, emergency medical services, hazardous materials, rescue operations, public education, and the development and enforcement of ordinances and fire codes. To the citizens we protect, we pledge to provide twenty-four hour a day protection from the devastation of fire and medical emergencies. Beyond the immediate crisis, the Neodesha Fire Department shall continue to promote fire safety education to all of our citizens, from adolescent to adult. We shall also continue our aggressive approach toward the legislation of new technologies, which promote residential safety and reduce the risk to all families in Neodesha.
