About Serving the community homemade and delicious pasta, pizza, sandwiches and bakery items for 20 years. Story Franco's Cucina officially opened February 1, 1995, in Streamwood, Illinois. After 30 years in the baking industry, Franco and his wife Emily decided the time was right to open their first Franco's Cucina. Beside all the bakery products, Emily and her talented staff prepare wonderful entrees Monday thru Saturday for you to take home or enjoy in the dining area. They use only traditional home style recipes and plenty of olive oil and garlic. Our entire family hopes you enjoy your visit to Franco's Cucina, and we sincerely look forward to seeing you.
