About We specialize in total mind/body health and fitness. This is where healthy, fit and strong live. Story Living a fit and healthy lifestyle is hard! We decided back in 2010 to make it easier for people to get into the best shape of their lives, without having to walk into a typical gym or health club, where most of us don't have a clue where to start anyway. We provide a facility where fitness and nutrition coaching is hands on, and guided by professionals that have spent years in the trenches refining our fitness toolboxes. By offering private and semi-private fitness coaching, an entry level group fitness program, yoga and mindfulness meditation, we cover all your bases for living a healthy lifestyle.
