About The Meadows is a nonprofit skilled nursing facility that provides excellent rehab before returning home and long-term care for those who need assistance due to medical conditions or memory-loss. Story The Meadows is the skilled nursing facility of Coryell Memorial Healthcare System in Gatesville, TX. CMHS has been providing innovative healthcare to Coryell County since the 1940s and The Meadows is proud to be a part of this tradition. We have a beautiful facility that opens up to our very own meadow that is home to deer and butterflies. We have many private rooms and even our semi-private rooms feature unmatched privacy with their offset design and closets, windows and cable TVs for each resident. In-room showers maximize comfort versus hall showers and an exciting activity program gives short- and long-term residents something to look forward to. Our rehab program features occupational, physical and speech therapy and has a proven track record of getting people back on their feet and returning to their homes better than they left them.
