About Rockaway Point Volunteer Fire Department is one of three volunteer fire departments in the Breezy Point Cooperative. We respond to both fire and ambulance emergency calls in the community. We are a Non-profit organization. Patrick Cusack Rescue Officers Captain James Traver Lt. Daniel Traver Lt. Christina Arasin Mission Weekly Drills are held every Tuesday at 7PM and are open to all potential members of both Fire and EMS. Tuesdays are best to come by and fill out an application and sit for a brief interview. General Meetings are the 3rd Thursday of every month and are closed to members only.
