About Our doctors are Kelley Owen, DVM, Aaron Pollock, DVM, Jessica Anderson, DVM., and Molly Allen DVM Story At Hillcrest Veterinary Clinic, our mission is to foster the human-animal bond by providing high quality veterinary care and service. Your pet's health and happiness are our first priorities. Hillcrest Veterinary Clinic is a small animal practice located just outside of the Morgantown city limits. Our dedicated and caring team cares for dogs, cats, rabbits and some pocket pets. We currently have 4 full-time veterinarians, Dr. Kelley J. Owen, Dr. Aaron T. Pollock, Dr. Molly Allen, and Dr. Jessica P. Anderson. Hillcrest has been in operation for 52 years.
